REFUND/RETURN POLICY
You can quit a membership at any time. You must send an email requesting cancellation to support @
Options Trading Authority.com at least 24 hours before your rebill date to be cancelled for the next billing cycle. You can not cancel by phone because we utilize the internet for our customer support, you must send an email. There is no proration of a month's dues and your service will just continue to the end of the month upon cancellation. Unless due to a technical mistake of ours there are no refunds and all information is sold as is. Our information is extremely valuable and cannot be given away for free. Additionally, unless stated on the sales letter of the product or service, such as a free trial, or a special guarantee, all sales are final.
Regarding home study courses and trading system courses: There are no refunds unless by our error or mechanical purchasing error. We value our courses and systems highly and that is important for our customers. It is important that we protect the integrity of our systems for you as well in that only limited amounts of our materials are exposed to the active trader space while reducing theft of our systems and courses.
If we are using clickbank.com merchant services, if you purhcased our service through Clickbank then
you will need to contact Clickbank for your cancellation. Clickbank has been extremely quick in
processing orders and cancellations and it is much more efficient to send your request to them.
