Options trading for a good
living. I know. I know. You are very
skeptical. You don't think it can be done.
Well you know that there are
many, many ways to trade options right? There are many different
options strategies you can use for all sorts of potential stock price
movement or lack of price movement.
Let's just talk simple -
buying calls and buying puts for now.
What would it take to actually
make money consistently in buying calls and puts especially when dealing
with time decay?
Well you'll need to know what
triggers price momentum. What specifically and exactly sets of
stocks to start moving at a certain time?
If an options decays with time
you'll want to trade moves that can put pretty quickly for short term
options or moderately quickly for longer term options (that have a slower
rate of premium decay). There are many types of price moves you can
play.
They key is in picking and
learning a type of price move while matching up the appropriate
options with that type of price move. After finding a type of price
move that consistently works with a good percentage of winning and more
importantly a very good NET in profit points... then, you have a
plan of attack to trade consistently over time.
Once you can find a consistent
approach - you're well on your way for trading options for a good living.
